Pricing questions
How much does a Shopify mobile app cost with Mobilefy?
Starter is €49/month (one shop, Android), Growth is €69/month (Android and iOS, push campaigns, ad space) and Scale is €199/month (up to five shops, production support). Black Friday 2026 annual prices: Starter €299, Growth €399 and Scale €1399 per year. Enterprise is quoted on request.
Does Mobilefy take a commission on app sales?
No. Mobilefy charges a flat monthly or annual subscription only. There is no percentage or success fee on orders placed in your app — your Shopify payments and payouts are untouched.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected when the trial starts, and you can cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans are non-refundable. For annual plans and the annual App Hosting add-on, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first annual charge.
What is App Hosting?
App Hosting is an optional add-on at €59 per year: Mobilefy keeps your Android and iOS builds, updates and hosting ready so you have zero mobile operations to manage.
Are there limits on builds?
No. Every plan includes unlimited Android builds, and iOS builds are included from the Growth plan.
