Privacy Policy

Effective September 27, 2026. We collect only what the product needs to run your workspace and storefront apps.

Who is responsible

Dvwmd LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Mobilefy, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the controller of merchant account data. For shopper data processed inside your apps, you (the merchant) are the controller and we act as your processor under our Data Processing Addendum.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, hashed password, workspace name, login and session data. Billing data: plan, billing address, tax ID and payment status — card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. Shop data: products, collections and related catalog fields synced from Shopify. App data: device push tokens, and shopper accounts or orders only when the merchant enables those features. Technical data: logs needed to secure and operate the service.

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service (contract), to bill you and meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation), to send service and billing emails, and to improve reliability (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and do not use shopper data for our own marketing.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run Mobilefy: Shopify (store connection), Stripe (payments and invoices), Google Firebase (push notifications), Resend (transactional email), GitHub (app build pipeline), Anthropic (AI shopping assistant, only in stores where the merchant enables it — chat messages are sent to generate a reply and are not stored by Mobilefy) and our cloud hosting provider. They may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep account and shop data while your account is active, and delete it within 30 days after account closure or a Shopify data-erasure request, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact contact@mobilefy.app. EU/UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority. Shoppers should contact the merchant whose app they use; we will assist the merchant.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, access is restricted per tenant, and Shopify webhooks are verified. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers of breaches as required by law.
